Heavy Weather Continues

Gale forecasts keep getting extended by 24 hours, hope the heavy weather eases tomorrow as most recently forecast.

Life on board is uncomfortable, waves crash into us and keep the boat rolling. It is very noisy with cookery, bottles and equipment crashing around in lockers. Neither of us have much appetite but we will attempt to cook a beef stew tonight.

At least we are now through the Gulf Stream! About 1,000 miles to go before we reach Culebra, now estimated to be Sunday, December 1st.

Here is a video shot from the safety of the companionway, we don’t venture outside very much at all and are very happy Nakee is a pilot house where we can be warm and dry inside yet keep an eye on what is going on outside.
